At Swanky Stitch, we want you to love everything you stitch! If something isn't quite right with your purchase, please reach out. We're always happy to help!

Returns & Exchanges

• Regular-priced, unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with your original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Items must be in their original condition, unopened when applicable, and suitable for resale.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you'd prefer, we're happy to offer store credit or an exchange.

• Items that have been stitched, used, opened, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Needlepoint Canvases & Thread

• Canvases must be unused and in their original condition.

• Thread skeins must be unopened or otherwise in their original, resalable condition.

• Please double-check colors and quantities before purchasing, as dye lots and colors may vary slightly between batches.

Final Sale Items

• Clearance items, discounted merchandise marked final sale, custom orders, and special-order items are final sale.

Online Orders

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
